Shipping within Ukraine

For your convenience, we offer several shipping options within Ukraine:

  • Nova Poshta
    You can choose delivery to your address or to a nearby Nova Poshta branch. Delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Courier Delivery
    A courier will deliver your order directly to your door. Usually, delivery takes 2-3 business days, but the exact time depends on your location.

International Shipping

We use DHL for international deliveries. Shipping times and costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order:

  • Europe and the USA: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Other countries (Australia, New Zealand, South America, Asia, etc.): 5 to 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout after selecting your shipping method.

  • Within Ukraine: Shipping costs are based on Nova Poshta’s rates or the selected courier service.
  • International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination country and the weight of your order.
